<p>Bringing over a decade of global experience in international business, engineering solutions, business development, and strategic leadership, the President & CEO of Connect Japan Ltd. leads the company with a strong foundation in corporate excellence and cross-cultural collaboration.</p><p><br></p><p>Before founding Connect Japan, held multiple key managerial and leadership roles at Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd., one of Japan’s most prominent manufacturing giant, where responsibilities included managing high-value power plant projects across Asia, the Middle East, CIS countries, and Africa — managing multi-billion yen contracts, driving cost-saving innovations, and resolving complex international claims with global stakeholders. Areas of expertise include project execution, international sales, business development, finance, global negotiation and team leadership.</p><p><br></p><p>An alumnus of Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University (Japan) with a dual Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Information & Communication Technology, built a career that bridges global markets and cultures. Fluent in Japanese, English, Bengali, and Hindi, thrives in multicultural environments and passionate about creating long-term partnerships that connect talent, technology, and trade between Japan and the world.</p><p><br></p><p>Today, as the visionary and driving force behind Connect Japan Ltd., is focused and committed on advancing cross-border opportunities in IT, human resource placement, education, trade, e-commerce, and cultural exchange, steering toward innovation, inclusion, integrity, and long-term value.</p>

In Japan, achieved the highest level of Japanese language proficiency, enabling seamless coordination with Japanese institutions, businesses, and candidates.</p><p><br></p><p>Currently oversees two core pillars of Connect Japan's operations — Recruitment Services and Online Education. With strong insight into both global talent mobility and the evolving landscape of digital learning, plays a pivotal role in bridging professionals and students between Japan and overseas markets, especially South Asia.</p>
